Our pizza dough is fermented for at least 72 hours, then baked in a traditional stone oven to create a crisp, airy crust with a soft interior — a distinctive Italian-style pizza made for sharing.

From farm to table, we carefully select fresh, quality ingredients, including special products imported from Italy. Inspired by Francesco Lenzi’s grandmother’s recipes and Tuscan family traditions, our menu brings together pizza, focaccia, homemade pasta, porchetta and Italian cold cuts.
